Most customers start with a Bellwether template. If you already have artwork, we print it. If you want something entirely your own, we'll scope it with you.

Who can use the Packaging Program?
The Packaging Program is available to Bellwether roaster owners and Roasted Coffee Program customers. It is currently offered in the United States.
Is there a minimum order?
Retail orders have a 50-bag minimum on the total order. Split it across as many coffees and label designs as you like, for example 25 + 25 or 20 + 20 + 15. The 5 lb wholesale bag has no minimum.
What goes on the label?
Typically your logo, the coffee name, tasting notes, cultivar, process, elevation, region, roast level, whole bean or ground, net weight, and roast date. You can drop details you don't want. Labels are full color, 4 × 5 inches.
Can I order just bags, or just labels?
Labels alone are $0.50 each. Bags alone are $1.00 each for retail sizes and $1.25 for the 5 lb wholesale bag, available after your first order. The 50-unit total minimum applies to retail orders either way.
Are revisions included?
Reasonable design revisions are included. If requested changes significantly expand the original project scope, we may discuss additional design costs or an adjusted timeline before proceeding.
How long does it take?
Initial mockups are typically provided within 7–10 business days. After design approval and payment, orders typically ship within 2–4 business days.
Can I rush an order?
Ask us. We'll let you know what's possible for your order before you commit. We don't guarantee rush turnaround.
How do I reorder?
Open the order you want to repeat and use the reorder button — everything comes across, artwork included. If the coffee details changed, we'll update your approved label and send it for a quick confirmation. The 50-bag total minimum applies to retail reorders.
